Rosies Lunch, mussels and chips.


So easy, put a small amount of wine or water, about 1cm in the pan, throw in your mussels and put on a tight fitting lid, steam the mussels till they are open and plump, serve.
Today is a fish and chip day I think, we rarely eat fried foods so I don't see a problem having chips twice, so tonight is deep fried fish in beer batter, see below.
